We want you to love your Bagsy items — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

💫 You can return or exchange your item if:

• It’s unused, in original condition, and still in its packaging

• You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

🔁 What we offer:

• Returns for a refund (minus courier fees)

• Exchanges for a different colour or product (subject to stock)

🚚 How it works:

1. Email us at [bagsy.returns@gmail.co.za] with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. We'll guide you through the process and provide a return address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or send your replacement.

🚫 Please note:

• Return courier costs are not covered

• We don’t accept returns on sale items or used products.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving the return.
